We left Boise at 8:30 this morning to drive to Salt Lake City. It's 350 miles of high desert and farmland. The song
Home On The Range came to my mind several times...where the deer and the antelope play... We had dinner at this authentic hole in the wall restaurant. People were waiting in line outside and it was packed inside....eating some of the best Mole we've had.
