Stopped for lunch in Brigham City. What a treat. The most delicious "home cooked" meal. I had roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy and corn on cob. The homemade rolls with raspberry butter could not of been better. We shared a piece of Fresh Peach Pie....YUMMY!This is the sign at the corner of the restaurant.
Hey, Chris look what I saw in the field behind the restaurant. He was standing until I got camera ready to take his picture.
Thanks to Di and Dave for the use of their car. We put lots of miles on her and had some good times the past few days. Arrived "home" safe and tired! Unbelievable but Pat outshopped us!
